VisEra provides foundry's most advanced patterning ability, which can be classified into 3 categories: lithography process, etching process, and lift-off process.

Lithography process includes i-line/DUV (12”) lithography, gray scale mask lithography which can support aspherical lens pattern, and Nanoimprint Lithography (NIL) for diffuser application.
