Weaving the future: co-creation spaces shaping tomorrow 

Like a caterpillar spinning its cocoon, Farglory Group is weaving a new workplace ecosystem, beginning with the Funworkers co-working space under our Recreation management division. Embracing the core mission of bringing joy to both employees and customers, the space seamlessly integrates sofas, hammocks, and a pool table, breaking down the barriers of traditional offices and fostering a free flow of creativity and inspiration essential to the leisure industry. Similarly, in the fast-paced, communication-driven world of real estate, Farglory Realty has carried forward Funworkers’ shared-space philosophy, blending it with the welcoming atmosphere of a sales center and the cultural ambiance of a Tsutaya Bookstore. This reimagined workplace—dubbed a Cultural Forum—places human connection and dialogue at its core. Through this evolution of space, employees are empowered to shape their environment, while in return, the energy of the space reshapes their ways of thinking. 

Momentum: transforming mindsets, revitalizing brands 

If the previous stage was about weaving aspirations for the future, then Farglory’s recreation and hospitality businesses serve as a testament to the profound transformation that comes from undergoing a complete self-reconstruction to emerge, almost magically, as a dazzling butterfly. Farglory Ocean Park, in its commitment to strengthening its educational mission, redefined its brand philosophy as "Co-Enjoy, Co-Educate, Co-Exist"; Farglory Hotel, in pursuit of delivering a truly timeless guest experience, undertook complex interior renovations and service process enhancements; and finally, OLAH Poshtel, a groundbreaking hospitality brand, broke away from traditional lodging models to realize the bold concept of a “home, with friends”. Each of these strategic decisions represented a challenging act of self-reinvention, accompanied by significant risks and uncertainties. However, this was not an act of reckless courage, but rather a deliberate process of accumulating energy within the chrysalis, all in preparation to soar to new heights with clarity of vision and unwavering determination. 

As Vice Chairman Chao Wen-Chia said, “To survive, we unlock new possibilities through transformation.” Farglory Group’s journey of metamorphosis proves that only by embracing change can true rebirth occur. A butterfly emerging from its chrysalis may be fragile at first, but it gives rise to the strength to soar farther. Through transformation, Farglory Group continues to grow, shaping the next chapter of our remarkable success.
