Farglory Group’s Workplace Visit Gives Sustainability a New Interpretation


A corporate visit goes beyond a simple presentation of achievements—it’s a chance for the Company to engage in a meaningful exchange, share experiences, and showcase its success and core values to provide visitors with new insights and perspectives. Over the past two years, Farglory Group’s highly integrated branding and sustainability transformation has yielded unique industry achievements. As a result, CSRone, the organization focused on training ESG report analysts, has coordinated two company tours to provide students with a comprehensive view of how sustainability is integrated into the Company’s overall culture and operations.
Transcending words to unveil the thoughts and actions hidden in ESG Reports
Because the visiting students were already experienced in analyzing ESG reports, they were encouraged to look beyond the words and explore the thinking and implementation strategies needed to realize the sustainability and strategy blueprint detailed in the report. Through experience sharing, Farglory hopes that potential sustainability practitioners of the next generation will incorporate a more diversified and pragmatic perspective.The Group’s headquarters is determined to initiate change through branding supplemented by in-depth internal communication, and to further influence each business sector to reidentify their own values and initiate sustainability transformation. Many students gave feedback that they previously had little understanding of how a company works to promote sustainability, but after listening to the presentation, they were impressed by Farglory’s efforts to implement a comprehensive sustainability strategy and how the Company has built up a consensus across its business sectors.
Converting construction waste into new products: Authenticity that brings endless emotion
During the second part of the visit, students were led on a tour of a workplace furnished with recycled construction waste. Students learned about Farglory Group’s determination to fulfill its responsibilities as a producer of construction waste, its spirit of overcoming difficulties to constantly optimize and innovate construction waste applications, and its ingenious methods of incorporating corporate culture into spatial design. From this example, they realized that sustainability communication can be a large-scale experiment in which all employees participate. Instead of simply passing on information through speeches and videos, this model allows all employees to personally experience the business transformation and the thinking involved in incorporating sustainability into business operations.In feedback questionnaires, some students expressed their admiration for Farglory’s openness in admitting the difficulties in promoting sustainability, some paid tribute to the space designers and the Group’s branding department, and some expressed their amazement at Farglory’s incorporation of sustainability into multiple aspects other than carbon reduction. Farglory Group hopes that the seeds of sustainability planted in students during this visit will grow into sky-high trees, benefiting future generations through their individual qualities and passions.
