- 集團官網全新改版上線，以「利害關係人需求」為思考主軸，使官網由資訊揭露轉型為價值溝通平台。
- 集團出版首本《永續亮點報告書》，整合各事業群關鍵永續績效，聚焦「NEX Community 未來共生」，妥善回應各方利害關係人。
- 集團發行NEX專刊: Vol.1《改變》、Vol.2《傳承》，帶領同仁思辨企業在創新與延續間的平衡，在變革中洞見該堅持的核心價值。
- 集團舉辦《改變》講座，邀請集團副董事長趙文嘉先生與全體員工當面對談，突破職場階層，打造平等溝通的企業文化。
- 集團總部榮獲「中高齡者暨高齡者友善企業認證獎」；入圍台北市「職場性別平等獎」。
- 遠雄建設依循ISO 14064-1: 2018框架，擴大盤查範疇至建築工地並通過SGS查證。

- 集團總部新職場挑戰再生建材精緻化，融合自然意象改造空間。設計合作夥伴META Design榮獲Good Design Award。
- 遠雄建設職場運用再生建材、實驗多項材料與工法，設計合作夥伴META Design榮獲德國 iF Design Award。
- 遠雄建設出版首本永續報告書，並獲得TCSA「台灣永續報告書」銀獎；響應政府綠色採購計畫，獲頒新北市政府綠色採購績效卓越獎。
- 遠雄建設導入ISO 14064-1: 2018溫室氣體盤查並通過SGS查證，設立公司減碳基準年。

- 遠雄建設以工地回收材料打造之新職場空間榮獲第14屆台灣室內設計大獎(Taiwan Interior DesignAward)、入圍英國DezeenAwards 2021 longlist
- 遠雄人壽榮獲台灣永續行動獎「喘口氣。給力家照者喘息服務」金獎、「遠雄愛不落 偏鄉關懷計畫」銅獎 ; 台灣企業永續獎「企業永續報告書」銀獎 。
- 遠雄文教公益基金會首度與「2021金點概念設計獎」合作，聯名辦理年度特別獎「遠雄特別獎」，鼓勵設計師為現居生活環境大膽提出創新解方，期望未來帶動更多建築相關領域人才實踐創意，並鼓勵大眾關注永續議題。

- Farglory Foundation organized the Farglory Group Blood Donation Campaign for its fifth consecutive year, as well as the “Fly High!” joint exhibition with teachers and students from all public schools in Xizhi District.

- Farglory Life Insurance was honored with the Gold Award in the “Corporate Sustainability Report Award” of the TCSA (Taiwan Corporate Sustainability Award), the “Distinguished Award” in the Public Relations Corporate Social Responsibility Award, and the “Micro-insurance Sustainability Care Award”.
- Farglory Ocean Park was honored with the “Badge of Accredited Healthy Workplace”.
2019
- Farglory Foundation called for volunteers to work together with the Shou-Shan Volunteer Group to repair houses and classrooms of underprivileged families in Beipu, Hsinchu; Shalu, Taichung; Sihu, Yunlin; and Sihchun, Pingtung. The Foundation also organized the Farglory Friendship & Charity Day, sponsored public welfare education on rare diseases, and more.
- Farglory Ocean Park cooperated with the Kaohsiung City Government in planning and organizing the “Marine Education Series Events - 2019 Kaohsiung Children and Youth Summer Program”.

- Farglory Foundation helped repair the classrooms of the Slaq Tribe in Jianshih Township, Hsinchu and organized the “Farglory Friendship & Charity Day”, among other activities.

- 遠雄文教公益基金會執行愛樂種子計劃&成果發表會、那羅部落及和平國小等社會關懷公益修繕、歲末耶誕鞋盒送愛給弱勢及偏鄉家庭孩童等活動。
2016
- 遠雄文教公益基金會贊助南投親愛國小音樂教室計劃及愛樂種子音樂會、贈送「帶我去看棒球」繪本予31所偏鄉小學圖書館、舉辦企業捐血活動等。
