Not only can Farglory employees attend education and training courses on corporate culture and management skills at Farglory Academy, they can also log on to the “CommonWealth Leader Campus” at their convenience to subscribe to diversified knowledge channels such as high-quality book excerpts and celebrity podcasts. In 2021, Farglory Group installed a bookshelf at each of its workplaces; these bookshelves are stocked with a regularly updated assortment of books for employee perusal, with topics ranging from business management to digital trends, spiritual growth, and lifestyles, and they have become a favorite knowledge base for employees. In addition to learning, we have also set up a variety of arenas for employees to showcase their skills, such as Newcomer Awards, Performance Awards, Self-directed Learning Awards, and innovation competitions, thereby allowing every employee to give full play to what they have learned and encourage the pursuit of lifelong learning.

With the idea of sharing, Farglory Group actively builds open space offices to create friendly workplaces that promote inclusion, mutual support, and co-creation. We also regularly organize interdepartmental activities in our common areas, striving to move beyond the conservative workplace culture of Chinese corporations and create an atmosphere of free communication, relaxation, and equality.
Furthermore, we are also concerned about the physical and mental health of each employee. Through the provision of contracted fitness spaces and free healthy snacks, along with weight loss competitions, we nurture the habits of healthy diet and exercise among our employees. Additionally, this can guide them to establish appropriate relaxation mechanisms that benefit physical and mental health, enabling each employee to feel truly free and happy at the workplace.

Accidents represent the fragile threshold between life and death. Farglory has built hundreds of livable homes, functional factory offices, and recreational areas in Taiwan, meaning we have also silently taken on the responsibility for tens of millions of precious lives.
Starting with the construction industry, Farglory has formulated strict workplace safety regulations. We conduct monthly audits and provides guidance to improve deficiencies in order to ensure that the mental and physical health of construction site personnel, as well as the safety of protective equipment, are in optimal condition and safe. On the other hand, we are also taking a holistic approach to ensuring the safety of all building occupants by applying safe and healthy workplace standards to the entire building, ranging from escape and disaster prevention to education and training for contractors and property management units.

In 2021, Farglory promoted brand reinvention with P.A.R.T.N.E.R.S. as the core spirit, tearing down the stereotypical image of traditional industries as “run by demanding superiors who abuse their underlings” and “protecting their own interests”, and rebuilding with a corporate culture of equal partners who thrive together.

Since 2016, Farglory Foundation has been calling on our colleagues in the construction industry to utilize their expertise in housing repair to rebuild solid homes and schools for children in every town and village in Taiwan. Farglory Life Insurance has been cooperating with the government and the private sector to provide micro-insurance to ensure the basic protection of underprivileged families in the event of a tragedy, so as to strengthen the social security system. In recent years, Farglory Ocean Park has been transformed into a cetacean rehabilitation center and marine education center, which has fulfilled the target of learning while having fun for visitors.
In the future, we will continuously explore the possibilities of involvement in social welfare in order for the company to truly coexist with the people and things around us, instead of merely being a community outsider.
